Daniel Jones Visiting Orthopedic Surgeon On Monday
3 years agoNew York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones (neck) is flying back to New York/New Jersey on Sunday night for an MRI. The scan will take place on Monday at the Hospital for Special Surgery, and he will also be examined by Dr. Frank Cammisa, an orthopedic surgeon specializing in spinal conditions. Although team medical personnel have not changed its stance on Jones' current designation, the recent update certainly isn't good news. It also paints an unfavorable picture of his availability for the remainder of the season. Nonetheless, it appears that Mike Glennon is in line to remain the interim starter moving ahead. However, he doesn't have much fantasy appeal in any format by any means.
