7 years agoOakland Athletics starting pitcher Daniel Mengden (foot) has been placed on the 10-day disabled list as of Tuesday. He underwent an MRI after leaving Saturday's start against the White Sox. There is no structural damage, but Mengden will head to the disabled list. Chris Bassitt will draw the start on Wednesday and is expected to stay in the rotation until Mengden returns. Fantasy owners who have Mengden should hold onto him for the moment.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
