6 years agoWashington Nationals second baseman Daniel Murphy (knee) could be activated from the DL as soon as Tuesday, according to MASN's Mark Zuckerman. Murphy has been playing rehab games for the Harrisburg Senators of the AA Eastern League. Murphy will play for Harrisburg over the weekend and then undergo an evaluation of his knee on Monday. When Murphy and Adam Eaton return from the DL, fantasy owners will need to watch the Nationals lineups on a daily basis to get a feel for how the team will be constructed going forward. Between the return of Murphy and Eaton, the emergence of Juan Soto, and strong recent performances from Matt Adams and Mark Reynolds, manager Davey Martinez will have some tough decisions to make.--Phil Goyette
