Daniel Vogelbach Blasts Two Homers In Rout
5 years agoSeattle Mariners first baseman Daniel Vogelbach cleared the fences twice in the team’s 10-0 victory over the Angels Friday. He finished the night going 2-for-4 with six RBI as he now has 23 homers, 57 RBI, and a .239/.372/.512 slash line on his All-Star season. Vogelbach continues to show excellent plate discipline numbers (23.2% K%/17.3% BB%) to go along with his power skillset hinting that his average has some room to grow. His bat is more valuable in OBP and points leagues, but he remains an asset across all fantasy formats for his power bat. Vogelbach is enjoying a fine breakout year with the M’s and will continue to produce batting in the meat of the lineup for the duration of the 2019 campaign.
