6 years agoSeattle Mariners designated hitter Daniel Vogelbach hit a pinch-hit grand slam Monday night against the Astros. Vogelbach now has home runs in each of his last two games as he attempts to make an impression in the final two weeks of the season. The burly slugger has spent most of the season in the minors, slashing .290/.434/.545 with 20 home runs with 60 RBI in 84 games at Triple-A. Vogelbach began the season up with the big league club but that was only because first baseman Ryon Healy began the season on the disabled list. The Mariners playoff hopes are practically snuffed out so Vogelbach may see some at-bats over the next dozen games. He provides plenty of power but little else from a fantasy perspective.--Joey C - RotoBaller
