3 years agoHouston Texans wide receiver Danny Amendola (hamstring) will likely miss the team's Week 3 matchup with the Carolina Panthers on Thursday night. Amendola left the game early against the Cleveland Browns, adding to a number of injuries the Houston offense must deal with. Nico Collins (shoulder) will not play either, meaning that Brandin Cooks, Chris Conley, and Anthony Miller will likely be seeing a lot of work in this contest. With rookie quarterback Davis Mills getting the start, Cooks is the only fantasy-relevant option among the group of pass-catchers, as he has been the clear No. 1 target in the offense after racking up 14 targets in Week 2. He should be downgraded just a tad with Tyrod Taylor (hamstring) being inactive, but he still warrants FLEX consideration for fantasy managers.--Tommy Adamopoulos - RotoBaller
