3 years agoThe Houston Texans hosted free-agent wide receiver Danny Amendola for a visit on Tuesday. Currently 35 years old, Amendola held out during free agency and the offseason in hopes of finding the right situation. Now with just over 48 hours until the regular season kicks off, Amendola and the Texans are mutually exploring their options. The 12-year NFL veteran spent 2020 with the Detroit Lions, catching 69 passes for 602 yards over 14 games. If he were to sign with Houston, the Texas Tech product would have minimal fantasy value with quarterback Deshaun Watson on the active roster but sitting out while his legal situation plays out.--Andersen Pickard - RotoBaller
