6 years agoThe Cleveland Indians have reported that starting pitcher Danny Salazar (shoulder) has thrown for the first time since being shut down in late May. This update is merely a step in the right direction for the hard-throwing righty. Salazar has been on the disabled list since the start of the season and is not expected back anytime soon. Unfortunately, he may not even have a spot in the rotation upon return. If Shane Bieber can continue to impress in the majors, Salazar may be relegated to a long relief role to best manage his body.--Kev Mahserejian - RotoBaller
