5 years agoTexas Rangers infielder/outfielder Danny Santana went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run and a walk in Sunday's 7-4 victory against the Chicago White Sox. He was able to extend his hitting streak to eight games, going 12-for-29 (.414) with four homers, seven RBI and seven runs scored during the run, improving his average from .289 to .309 just since June 13. He remains useful to those in AL-only fantasy leagues as well as those in deeper mixed formats. He'll look to make in nine straight with a hit on Tuesday against RHP Jordan Zimmermann in Detroit.--Daniel Dobish
