3 years agoBoston Red Sox utility man Danny Santana had his best game of the season Thursday, going 3-for-5 with a home run, a double, and five RBI. His three-run shot was his third long ball of the season. Santana may well have saved his roster spot with this performance, as he entered the day with a .485 OPS in 73 at-bats. He now has three homers and three steals on the year. Fantasy managers in the deepest of leagues may find some utility with Santana, but in most cases he can remain on the waiver wire.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
