5 years agoAtlanta Braves shortstop Dansby Swanson is 9-for-30 (.300) over his last seven games played heading into the team's first-round playoff matchup against the Dodgers. Swanson posted only a .748 OPS this season but has made significant strides offensively. He still is far off from the potential that was predicted when he was a highly-touted prospect, but Swanson has proven that he can be an everyday shortstop in the big leagues. He will be, however, a tough play in fantasy in October after hitting only .204 in the second half of the season after posting a .270 clip through his first 89 games.--Joey C - RotoBaller
