Darick Hall Triples On Thursday
2 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies first baseman/designated hitter Darick Hall went 1-for-5 in Thursday's 8-7 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates. His lone hit was a triple, and he scored and had two RBI. Hall has had good results to start his career, slashing .256/.282/.537 with five home runs, 14 runs, and 11 RBI across 22 games. Although, the rookie is striking out 30.6% of the time and has posted just a 3.5% walk rate. The 27-year-old should continue to play every day if he keeps hitting, but he won't be relevant in every league until there's a larger sample size.
