3 years agoChicago Bears wide receiver Darnell Mooney caught a team-high six passes for 64 yards in the Bears loss to the 49ers in Week 8. Mooney was targeted nine times and is building more on-field chemistry with rookie quarterback Justin Fields by the week. The second-year receiver had a deep pass bounce off his outstretched fingers in the final moments in the game but posted a solid performance. Mooney's fantasy value is tied to a Bears vertical passing game that ranks dead-last in many offensive categories at present.
