3 years agoLos Angeles Rams running back Darrell Henderson Jr. (knee) wasn't activated from the injured reserve and won't play in the NFC Championship game against the San Francisco 49ers. He was designated to return from injured reserve on January 21st but is still not fully recovered from his MCL sprain in his right knee. The 24-year-old hasn't played since Week 16. Henderson has rushed 149 times for 688 yards and five touchdowns while adding 29 receptions for 176 yards and three more TDs on 40 targets. Akers and Sony Michel will lead the Rams backfield on Sunday. Akers rushed for 48 yards on 24 carries and caught all three targets for 20 yards, while Michel recorded one carry for four yards in the NFC Divisional-Round win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
