7 years agoRich Dubroff of PressBox.com reports that despite being eligible to return Wednesday, Baltimore Orioles reliever Darren O'Day (elbow) will not come off the disabled list on Wednesday. O'Day landed on the DL with a hyperextended elbow after someone ran into him, and early reports indicated that he would return as soon as he was eligible. Dubroff adds that manager Buck Showalter says O'Day "isn't far away" from returning, but this extension to his DL stint will raise some concern among fantasy owners about the long-term impact of his performance.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
