6 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Darren Sproles led the Eagles backfield in snaps on Thursday night. He ran the ball five times for 10 yards and secured four catches for 22 yards. Sproles looked as good as ever in this one despite the putrid quarterback play from Nick Foles. Jay Ajayi did end up with more touches and more yards than Sproles, but it was Sproles who was on the field the most in the Eagles backfield. Ajayi will still be the one to own throughout the season, but Sproles should cut into some of his playing time.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
