6 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Darren Sproles is not a recommended fantasy option for Week 1 against the Atlanta Falcons. Sproles is back for one more season in the Philly backfield, but he'll be sharing third downs with Corey Clement and won't see much of the field if any on early downs. Sproles should still be returning kicks, making him an interesting option in return yardage leagues. In standard scoring, however, Sproles won't have nearly enough touches to put up relevant points most weeks. He should be on the bench or even on the wire for Week 1.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
