Darren Waller Has Quiet Game Against Steelers
3 years agoLas Vegas Raiders tight end Darren Waller had a quieter-than-usual day at the office on Sunday, tallying five receptions on seven targets for 65 yards in Vegas' 26-17 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Pittsburgh's defense had double-coverage on Waller for the majority of the game, limiting the number of times Derek Carr targeted him. But Carr did find his favorite target with less than three minutes to play in the game, hitting Waller with a 25-yard pass that set Vegas up for their final field goal of the day. Waller is still the Raiders' best offensive weapon and will likely see more action next week against the middle-of-the-pack Miami Dolphins defense. Waller remains a must-start for fantasy managers, even after he saw limited action in Week 2.
