3 years agoLas Vegas Raiders tight end Darren Waller (back, knee) is officially ruled out against the Cleveland Browns in Week 15. There was potentially some hope for the stud tight end to return after the game was pushed back two days, but he will miss his third consecutive game. Foster Moreau will get the start once again, posting nine targets which turned into four catches for 47 yards in the past two games that Waller has been held out. The 24-year-old started against the Eagles earlier in the year, catching all six of his targets for 60 yards and a touchdown. Moreau's talent and potential volume are enough to put him in the TE1 discussion in a nice matchup.--Tommy Adamopoulos - RotoBaller
