3 years agoThe Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed free agent running back Darwin Thompson to their practice squad. The Chiefs released running back Darwin Thompson on Monday but ultimately landed in Tampa Bay. He rushed for 97 yards on 27 carries and one touchdown while hauling in 7-of-11 targets for 65 yards and a touchdown in 2020. Thompson won't have much of a role with his new team and will be behind Ronald Jones, Leonard Fournette, and Giovani Bernard on the running back depth chart.
