2 years agoArizona Diamondbacks catcher Daulton Varsho (shoulder) is back in the starting lineup as the designated hitter and is batting leadoff on Saturday against Los Angeles Dodgers right-hander Tony Gonsolin. Varsho left the game early on Friday with right shoulder soreness, but he's right back in there on Saturday. The 25-year-old backstop is a solid fantasy asset at the weakest position in fantasy. In 44 games this year, he's slashing .266/.337/.481 with an .818 OPS, eight home runs, 21 RBI, 24 runs scored and three stolen bases in 178 plate appearances. In his last nine games, Varsho is hitting .333 with two long balls, three doubles, five RBI and nine runs scored. Get him back into your lineups.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
