2 years agoPittsburgh Pirates relief pitcher David Bednar looked like he was going to get a day off on Saturday. However, the Milwaukee Brewers put together a rally to cut the lead to three runs. After that, the Pirates went to Bednar for the save. He walked the leadoff batter, but the Brewers weren't able to do anything with it. Bednar recorded his 12th save of the season as he continues to be one of the better relievers in baseball. He holds a terrific 2.43 ERA,1.00 WHIP and 50/11 K/BB ratio over 37 innings on the season.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
