2 years agoCleveland Browns rookie wide receiver David Bell (foot) is one of a small group of players who will begin training camp on the Physically Unable to Perform list. Bell's foot injury isn't considered serious, though, and he should begin practicing with the team soon. The 21-year-old third-round pick impressed during organized team activities in the spring and could be the favorite to replace Jarvis Landry as the team's top weapon in the slot in 2022. He has a solid frame at 6-foot-1 and 212 pounds, but his fantasy value will all depend on how long quarterback Deshaun Watson is suspended this year. Bell will be an intriguing dynasty/keeper league target in fantasy drafts, but let's pump the breaks on his potential impact in 2022, especially since he's already starting behind in training camp.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
