3 years agoChicago Cubs infielder David Bote went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer is Friday's loss versus the Miami Marlins. Bote went yard off of Jesus Luzardo in the top of the first inning, but that would be the only inning that the Cubs would have a lead. Bote is playing regularly with the Cubs trading away many of theirs stars before the trade deadline, but he hasn't offered much to managers. Bote is now hitting .204 with seven home runs and 31 RBI.
