3 years agoChicago Cubs infielder David Bote (leg) has been scratched from the lineup on Friday versus the Chicago White Sox. Bote was outside of the batting cages and suffered a lower leg injury. With Bote sidelined, outfielder Ian Happ will be inserted into the lineup and will bat fifth. Happ has been having a rough season at the plate, but he is hitting .319 with four home runs and 10 RBI over his last 15 games. Bote is considered day-to-day for now and more should be known later in the evening. Happ is worth a look in DFS on Friday versus Dallas Keuchel.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
