4 years agoColorado Rockies outfielder David Dahl was placed on the 10-day injured list prior to Wednesday’s contest against the Astros due lower back soreness. To take his roster spot, the Rockies recalled top prospect Brendan Rodgers, although he will not be in the lineup Wednesday. Dahl has gotten off to a slow start in 2020, yet to hit a homer, while compiling a 25 OPS+ in addition to producing just a .405 OPS at Coors Field. Raimel Tapia and Matt Kemp will likely fill-in while Dahl is sidelined. Due to playing his home games at one of the league’s most advantageous hitter’s parks, Dahl will be a consideration for all season-long formats once he is activated.--Jesse Borek
