6 years agoPittsburgh Steelers offensive guard David DeCastro (hand) and offensive tackle Marcus Gilbert (hamstring) both practiced in full on Wednesday after missing Week 3. It's looking like both players have a good chance to return in Week 4 against the Ravens. That would be music to the ears of quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and the ground game (James Conner) in a tough matchup with Baltimore. Both DeCastro and Gilbert said they are feeling much better this week and hope to return this Sunday.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
