6 years agoArizona Johnson running back David Johnson (wrist), returning from a major knee injury, said on Thursday that he is ready for the games to count for real. "The preseason? No. I'm ready for the regular season," Johnson said, when asked about a potential larger workload in Sunday's third preseason tilt against the Dallas Cowboys. Fantasy owners having been shying away from nabbing Johnson early in the first round of both standard and PPR drafts despite the fact he missed the entire 2017. Luckily for Johnson, it was a wrist injury and not an ailment involving his legs, thus the optimism among the fantasy owners. He has had a propensity for injury, but when healthy he is an absolute stud.--Daniel Dobish
