5 years agoArizona Cardinals running back David Johnson is looking to resurrect his career after a few disappointing seasons. After a spectacular 2016 season that saw Johnson run for 1,239 yards for 16 touchdowns in addition to 879 receiving yards, the 27-year-old hasn’t been the same since. Johnson missed nearly the entire 2017 season with a wrist injury and he faltered in 2018 by failing to hit the millennium mark while also rushing for just seven touchdowns. However, new head coach Kliff Kingsbury indicated that Johnson would be involved in the offense, likely also lining up as a wide receiver at times throughout the 2019 campaign.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
