6 years agoChicago Bears running back David Montgomery caught three passes, racked up 46 total yards and added a touchdown in the Bears preseason loss to the Panthers. Montgomery didn't see a ton of snaps but took full advantage of his touches. The rookie flashed the quickness that made him such a coveted prospect for the Bears and made some nice catches in traffic. Montgomery then made an excellent cut to the left and slashed his way into the end zone for his first taste of professional pay dirt. He may not see a lot of action in the preseason but Montgomery is an intriguing fantasy player on the rise.--Joey C - RotoBaller
