5 years agoChicago Bears running back David Montgomery totaled only 31 yards from scrimmage in the Bears 19-14 victory over the Giants in Week 12. Montgomery popped up on the injury report last week before the Rams game and did not look like his elusive self in this game. The Bears even opted to let teammate Tarik Cohen handle the lion's share of the running duties in the first half. The rookie running back did see 13 carries in the game and came up with several huge blocks in pass protection. But Montgomery does not seem to be 100% and now the Bears must regroup quickly before they take on the Lions on Thanksgiving.--Joey C - RotoBaller
