4 years agoChicago Bears running back David Montgomery carried the ball 14 times for 30 yards and added 12 receiving yards in the Bears loss to the Titans 24-17 in Week 9. It was another dismal effort offensively for the Bears running game and Montgomery saw little daylight throughout. To make matters worse, Montgomery exited the game in the fourth quarter and entered concussion protocol. If the second-year running back misses any time, expect the Bears to use a combination of Ryan Nall, Cordarrelle Patterson and perhaps even Lamar Miller in Week 10. Montgomery's status should be monitored throughout the upcoming week.--Joey C - RotoBaller
