5 years agoChicago Bears running back David Montgomery led the running attack with 62 yards on 18 carries, including his first NFL touchdown, in the Bears thrilling 16-14 win over the Broncos. Montgomery was the lead back from the opening drive and put together some elusive runs between the tackles. He averaged only 3.4 yards per carry but picked some first downs and then leapt into the end zone to put the Bears up 13-3 at the time. It is already clear that Montgomery should be the starter moving forward and brighter fantasy days should be ahead for the talented rookie.--Joey C - RotoBaller
