2 years agoChicago Bears wide receiver David Moore was arrested in Gainesville, Texas, on drug and weapon charges on Monday. He was released from jail on a $5,000 bond. It comes after receiver Byron Pringle was arrested for reckless driving on a suspended license on April 24, while linebacker Matt Adams was arrested on a misdemeanor gun charge on June 23. Moore signed with the Carolina Panthers in 2021 but didn't make the final roster and ended up playing in three combined games with the Denver Broncos and Green Bay Packers last year, failing to reel in either of his two targets with Denver. The 27-year-old spent his first four NFL seasons with the Seattle Seahawks after the took him in the seventh round in 2017 out of East Central.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
