David Peralta Getting A Rest Monday
3 years agoArizona Diamondbacks outfielder David Peralta will take a seat on Monday against Clayton Kershaw and the Los Angeles Dodgers. Peralta owns just a .691 OPS off of lefties this season, so it wouldn't be a good matchup. On the year, he's slashing .263/.327/.414 with eight home runs and two stolen bases over 133 games. He's irrelevant in most formats and is more of a streaming option against righties. Henry Ramos will take Peralta's spot in left field and bat sixth. Ramos has played in just five games thus far but is slugging .571 in 14 plate appearances. He put up a 1.021 OPS in Triple-A this season and could be a low-risk pick-up for fantasy managers.
