7 years agoArizona Diamondbacks outfielder David Peralta went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in the 3-1 loss to the Washington Nationals on Friday. Peralta has been a pleasant surprise this season and has stayed relatively consistent this year, with a .302 batting average along with a .914 OPS in 126 at-bats this season. He also holds seven home runs, 20 RBI, 19 runs and a stolen base on the year as well. This month, he's slashing a .300 batting average with two home runs, three RBI, and four runs as well. Peralta has always been a career .300 batter, however, has never found the pop in his bat to truly make him a threat at the plate, and with a .914 OPS, it looks like he's found success in doing so. He should be owned in all formats.--Caden Inaba
