3 years agoHouston Texans quarterback Davis Mills draws a difficult matchup in Week 4 against Buffalo. Mills was solid in his first career start last week against a stout Panthers defense, throwing for 168 yards and a touchdown while completing 67.9 percent of his passes. The rookie signal-caller gets an equally tough draw in Week 4 against a Bills defense that has surrendered the fifth-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks. Mills' best hope for fantasy purposes is that the Bills, who are currently 16-point favorites, race out to a lead, forcing the Stanford product to throw early and often. Fantasy managers are better off looking for a streaming option elsewhere in Week 4.--Tim Capurso
