3 years agoHouston Texans rookie quarterback Davis Mills has a solid matchup against Jacksonville in Week 15. Mills was good last week after replacing Tyrod Taylor in the starting role, something that's expected to continue for the rest of the year. Now he faces a Jacksonville defense that is 31st in pass DVOA. Yet his offensive line is awful, his weapons are mediocre, and Mills' true ability remains in question. Mills is only useful as a replacement for quarterbacks that are on the COVID list or injured in leagues that start two QBs.--Jacob Taylor
