3 years agoHouston Texans rookie quarterback Davis Mills has a neutral matchup against the Chargers this weekend. The Chargers represent the 12th-best pass defense in DVOA, which is firmly in the middle of the pack. Furthermore, the Chargers are the superior team and should absolutely crush the Texans. That should lead to 45-plus pass attempts for Mills. However, Mills is a mediocre QB in an inept offense, and the Chargers run defense in DVOA is 31st, which outlines a more obvious path to success. Furthermore, Mills will be missing his top weapon, wide receiver Brandin Cooks. Mills is not usable this week, especially in the fantasy football playoffs.--Jacob Taylor
