3 years agoDetroit Tigers outfielder Daz Cameron (toe) is increasing activity and "trending in the right direction" to begin a rehab assignment soon, according to Cody Stavenhagen of The Athletic. Cameron has been sidelined since the beginning of July with a sprained right big toe, after slashing .207/.270/.397 with three home runs, four steals, nine RBI and 10 runs scored over 18 games this season. He's got a lot of promise, and has shown the potential in the minors to be a 15-homer, 15-steals threat in the future. He could be a decent outfielder to roster in deeper formats to close out the year.
