3 years agoDetroit Tigers outfielder Daz Cameron (toe) is increasing activity and "trending in the right direction" to begin a rehab assignment soon, according to Cody Stavenhagen of The Athletic. Cameron has been sidelined since the beginning of July with a sprained right big toe, after slashing .207/.270/.397 with three home runs, four steals, nine RBI and 10 runs scored over 18 games this season. He's got a lot of promise, and has shown the potential in the minors to be a 15-homer, 15-steals threat in the future. He could be a decent outfielder to roster in deeper formats to close out the year. Managers should keep an eye out for how he plays the rest of the way, as he could be a sleeper pick come draft time next year.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
