DeAndre Hopkins Building A Rapport With New Team
4 years agoArizona Cardinals wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins recently familiarized himself with his new teammates while attending a dinner at the home of Larry Fitzgerald. With the COVID-19 pandemic severely limiting routine contact between individuals, the gathering was a welcome opportunity for Hopkins to strengthen his rapport with many on the offensive side of the ball. Whether this type of activity will be of benefit, in the long run, is yet to be seen. However, it certainly adds to the already high expectations for the Cardinals offense this upcoming year. Hopkins finished the 2019 season with 1,165 yards, 104 catches, and seven touchdowns. He is expected to be selected somewhere in the first round in the majority of fantasy drafts going into 2020.
