4 years agoJacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Dede Westbrook is a healthy scratch for the third time in four games this season. He only played in Week 3 because D.J. Chark Jr. was out, and with Chark back, Westbrook is back to the bench. A once promising player out of Oklahoma, Westbrook isn't rosterable in redraft leagues at this point.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
