7 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Dee Gordon will have a favorable matchup when the team opens up a series against the A's on Tuesday night. Oakland's probable starter, Trevor Cahill, has struggled to keep Gordon off the bases in his career, and the Mariners leadoff man is 7-for-17 (.412) lifetime against him. After a hot start to the season, Gordon has cooled off a touch lately and only has four hits in his last 29 at-bats. Gordon will rarely coax a walk but is dangerous once he gets on base and already has 16 stolen bases this season.
