The second-round rookie led the team in targets, receptions and yards in Week 2, outpacing even All-Pro tight end George Kittle. Drafted for his playmaking abilities, Samuel has delivered and can’t be ignored in fantasy for Week 3’s tilt against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers enter the contest third-worst in passing DVOA, allowing nine yards per pass attempt.
