A consensus top-100 prospect, Garcia enters 2020 with a shot to start in the Yankees rotation. With a fastball that sits in the mid-90s and a strong curveball, Garcia has struck hitters out in the minor leagues at an impressive 12.7 K/9 rate over his career so far.
