2 years agoFree-agent defensive back DeJuan Neal, who has played in the XFL and USFL, agreed to terms on an undisclosed deal with the Washington Commanders on Thursday, according to his agent. Neal hails from Shepherd University and will hope to earn a spot on Washington's practice squad this season. The 22-year-old went undrafted in 2019 and doesn't have the top-end speed to keep up with most receivers at the NFL level, but he'll have a chance this summer to make an NFL roster for the first time.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
