4 years agoNew York Mets relief pitcher Dellin Betances (shoulder, Achilles) looked "really good" during his bullpen session on Friday, according to manager Luis Rojas. Shoulder and Achilles injuries limited Betances to only one game last season for the Yankees. If Betances is in fact ready for the July start of the 2020 season, he and Seth Lugo will serve as the Mets setup men in front of closer Edwin Diaz. Betances will have value in holds leagues and for strikeout upside if he's healthy. He may also be in line for some save opportunities if Diaz loses his grip on the closer role during the season.--Nick Ritrivi - RotoBaller
