Demaryius Thomas Hoping To Turn Targets Into Catches
5 years agoNew York Jets wide receiver Demaryius Thomas will look to continue to get more involved in the offense this Sunday in Jacksonville. Thomas has gotten nine targets in two of the past three games and seems to be fully recovered from an early-season hamstring injury. Despite the target volume, Thomas doesn't have more than four catches in any of his four games this year and is yet to find the end zone. Thomas could gain fantasy value down the stretch as the Jets' schedule softens up and if the trade rumors around Robby Anderson come to fruition. For now, however, Thomas is the clear third option in the Jets offense and shouldn't be trusted in standard-size fantasy leagues.
