Demaryius Thomas Tied For Jets Lead In Targets
5 years agoNew York Jets wide receiver Demaryius Thomas made four catches for 47 yards in a loss to the Eagles Sunday. Thomas was questionable coming into the game with a hamstring injury, but was able to suit up and was the most productive Jet receiver, for whatever that is worth. The positive sign for fantasy owners is Thomas did get nine targets, which was tied with running back Le'Veon Bell for the team lead, and most importantly left the game healthy. The Jets offense should look better with Sam Darnold (mono) back at QB, but for right now it's hard to trust anyone in this passing game. Thomas is worth a flier in deep leagues but is far from a must-own in fantasy.
