6 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Denard Span hit his sixth home run of the season as the Mariners took down the Rays 5-4. Span went 1-for-3 with a walk and two runs scored, making it four games in a row with a hit for his new team. Span seems to be getting more comfortable in his new surroundings and his veteran bat will come in handy hitting in the bottom half of a surprisingly productive offense. Span will carry an above-average on-base percentage moving forward, but his fantasy ceiling is limited by age and lack of natural power.--Joey C - RotoBaller
